Regan Can Do

HCD and Product Strategy

Understanding how and where to employ human-centered design in different transformation and modernization efforts is where Regan shines.

She sees where the opportunity lies, reads a tricky stakeholder or RFP for hidden wins, and delivers innovative product value uphill both ways in the snow.

Give her a team and time, she will multiply the value. Make her work alone on a PC, she will unicorn for you anyway.

Product Visioning

Understanding the intersection between an organization’s desired outcomes, and their users needs, as well as what we can execute, is exactly where Regan fits in.

Through design thinking, stakeholder engagement, and common-sense documentation, she finds the sweet spot and distills it for everyone to understand.

User Research

There is both a science and an art to User Research. In consulting, there’s no appetite or time for wishy-washy outcomes or academic papers. She needs to deliver on what they asked for, as well as what they thought they asked for, and what they will ask for during the presentation of findings.

Regan plans research thoughtfully and collaboratively, starting with clear goal setting, to ensure that the time we take to interview or test a product leads to actionable and clear results.

Product Planning and Agile Delivery

Balancing the need for innovation and delivery, Regan rolls up her sleeves with an arsenal of diagrams, analogies, roadmaps, and canvases to make the path to value clear to stakeholders and teams.

She is SAFe POPM certified, and has a decade of Scrum Agile delivery experience in teams and tech stacks of all kinds.

UI/UX Design

She could get into the pixels and padding herself if needed, and can lead a team of five to agreement on how a mobile menu should look and function (and why) during a quick working session.

Engineering and Data Science

Nope. She doesn’t do that.

But she loves to collaborate with people smarter than her to find a solution everyone understands and believes in equally.
