Regan was the sole UX contributor on the project. She worked closely with the client and consulting team.

This project is about active federal law enforcement cases, one of the most sensitive situations possible. We relied on interviews with stakeholders, comparative analysis of other law enforcement tools, and observation in trainings at HQ.
